Gorea plus d.o.o. aligned its operations with the GDPR regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The aim of the Privacy Policy is to explain how we obtain the personal data of respondents. It explains how personal data is collected, processed, and for what purposes it is used. The privacy policy informs visitors of this website of their rights in the collection and further processing of personal data, in order to protect their personal data and privacy.

We base our privacy protection policy on the following principles of personal data processing: the principle of legality, transparency and best practice, the principle of limited processing and reduction of the amount of data, the principle of accuracy and completeness of personal data, the principle of limited storage, the principle of integrity and confidentiality of data, the principle of responsibility, the principle of trust and fair processing, the principle of opportunity (purpose of processing), the principle of processing in an anonymous form.

Collection of personal data

Respondents can visit our website without revealing their personal information. This means that we do not process data on respondents (clients), unless the respondent voluntarily sends their personal data to our official email address for the purpose of contacting or sending a service offer. This gives tacit consent to the processing of personal data.

The collected data will not be made available to unauthorized third parties in any way, except for the purpose prescribed by law. All personal data is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected.

Management of consents

We sign consents with our employees. Consent is a voluntary, specially informed and unambiguous expression of the respondent’s (employee’s) wish by which he gives his consent to the processing of personal data. Consent management implies the possibility for the employee to give or withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data. Consent is given for one or more purposes. Clients do not sign consents, because in our business relationship with them we refer to legal legitimacy.

Technical and organizational measures

According to the assessed risks within our organization, we have established a whole series of technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. The measures relate to the protection of office documents, computer protection, antivirus policy, data destruction, rules of employee behavior, contractual relations with external service providers, periodic evaluations (audits) of the personal data protection management system, and numerous other measures.

The right of the respondent
